The single-serving wrappers preserve freshness and make distribution simple at receptions, showers, or rehearsal dinners.
How many mints come in one 13 oz bag?
The 13-ounce bag contains approximately 100 individually wrapped buttermints. Actual count can vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, but most bags hold about one hundred pieces—enough to cover medium-sized guest lists or multiple small favor packages.
- Approximate count: 100 individually wrapped mints
- Net weight: 13 ounces (369 grams)
- Single-serve wrappers maintain freshness until use
What makes these buttermints a good choice for weddings?
The mellow buttery flavor and compact, individually wrapped format make them ideal as elegant, budget-friendly wedding favors. The "Mr. and Mrs." design signals the occasion and pairs well with place cards, favor boxes, or a candy buffet without additional labeling.
- Classic, unobtrusive flavor that suits many palates
- Ready-to-place individual wrappers speed up setup
- Works well in small favor bags, jars, or on dessert tables
How should I present or package these for a reception?
These mints are versatile for a range of presentation styles: tuck several into organza pouches, scatter them in small glass bowls on a candy buffet, or include two to three per guest at each place setting. Their compact size also makes them simple to pair with name tags or ribbon-wrapped boxes.
- Fill small organza or muslin favor bags with 3–5 mints
- Place in individual boxes with a ribbon and name tag
- Use clear apothecary jars for a coordinated candy table display
How long will the buttermints stay fresh once opened?
Individually wrapped mints keep flavor and texture well while the bag is closed; once opened, keep unused mints in a cool, dry place in a resealable container to preserve quality. For best taste, plan to use them within a few months after opening.
- Store sealed bag in a cool, dry area away from strong odors
- Transfer to airtight container after opening for extended freshness
- Avoid heat and humidity to prevent surface bloom or stickiness
